As a 1st shift Freezer Replenisher, you play a vital role in ensuring our inbound freight is properly reserved, inventory is accurate, and pick slots are stocked to meet outbound order demands. Working in a temperature-controlled environment, this is a fast-paced, physical role critical to fulfilling our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in distribution, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or walkie-riders preferred.
- Reliable work history with demonstrated dependability and strong attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Move full pallets of temperature-controlled products to and from reserve storage locations.
- Replenish pick slots based on outbound order needs using RF scanning and warehouse systems.
- Receive inbound freight and relocate it to reserve locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and support proper product rotation.
- Perform duties with speed, accuracy, and attention to quality.
- Inspect items and storage areas per HACCP food safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Any additional task assigned by manager; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
