About The Position

As a Freezer Receiving Clerk, you will work with external truck drivers and keep records of incoming shipments. Requirements

At least six months of warehouse experience
At least a year of computer experience or relevant clerical experience
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting incoming outside truck drivers and directing to proper unloading dock.
Enter purchase order receipts into the computer system and printing receiving tags for use by the receivers.
Contacting carrier representatives to make arrangements and issue delivery instructions.
Conferring and corresponding with vendors and customers to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, etc.
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
