The Impact You’ll Make You will be leading the charge in reducing waste through daily tasks of cycle count, FR1 Consolidation, IMAN/Recovery of product. You will interact with the inventory team to ensure frozen returns and rebox are completed. You will focus on having correct inventory in the right location and giving information to the supervisor to correct behaviors or processes. Who You Are Inventory Recovery Driven: You provide quick, informed decisions how to manage loose inventory (ring of fire, back wall, front wall) to correct inventory and reduce loss and items remaining in PD locations. Detail Oriented: Documentation and investigation are critical to the role. You will know how to dive into JDA history to help determine root cause analysis on issues and incidents. You will provide feedback to the department supervisor to work to challenge processes and correct unwanted behaviors. Data-driven analyst: Skilled in JDA and SAP, you will investigate and collect data for root cause analysis on incidents or issues so as to reduce bad practices and provide correct ways to address issues within that area. What Makes This Role Exciting? This role takes on one of the most challenging locations in the warehouse. The freezer has multiple locations and processes the present a challenge in keeping inventory true and in making sure product is where it should be in our putaway/transition/picking processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehousing and tracking inventory.
  • Strong JDA and SAP skills for investigation.
  • Possible tracking in excel a plus.
  • Experience analyzing data and detailing investigation results and communicating to groups.
  • Comfortable challenging team with data and sharing to other groups with investigative results to improve processes and behaviors.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, and adaptable to needs of a cross-functional team
  • Enjoys providing solutions and helping other areas to their success
  • Strong communicator who can break down the “why” behind the numbers
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • SAP and JDA knowledge preferred
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is required
  • Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing or Shipping/Receiving Required
  • High Reach and Stock picker certification

Responsibilities

  • Create and Maintain A Clean and Manageable Area: Remove items from the “ring of fire” and other ancillary locations to rack/storage locations within the freezer/ASRS.
  • Consolidation and creation of space in FR1 to ensure available space for incoming distressed and to true up inventory for future sale.
  • Streamlining Process for Case Picking and Pallets: Work with team to identify solutions to issues (labels, condition of product, excess PD, Lost, etc.) and to help team with best practices in response to any incidents on the floor (i.e. make a collection, key in product, reprint labels).
  • Work to identify root cause with supervisor to reduce issues moving forward.
  • Engage with Supervisor for Process planning and feedback: Give feedback to the Supervisor on deviations from processes, repeat issues from specific products/departments, and/or behavioral changes that could benefit the group.
