About The Position

We are seeking experienced Freestanding Emergency Room (FSED) Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity emergency setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage diverse emergency cases. You will work in a fast-paced standalone ER, treating patients across all levels of emergency care.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year)
• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume FSED setting
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients across all acuity levels
• Work collaboratively with physicians and emergency care teams
• Prioritize care and respond rapidly to life-threatening situations
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital standards
