About The Position

We are hiring experienced and driven Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) team in Panama City, FL. This high-acuity standalone ER offers an engaging and fast-paced environment, requiring strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a patient-centered approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year)
• Active Florida RN license or compact license with eligibility
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required
• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a freestanding ER setting
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all acuity levels
• Collaborate with physicians and the emergency team to deliver efficient care
• Respond rapidly to emergent situations and prioritize patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations
