About The Position

Outlier is seeking experienced Swiss-German writers to assist in training generative AI models through human feedback. This freelance role allows for flexible hours and remote work, enabling writers to contribute their expertise in various tasks related to AI model training.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swiss-German.
• Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing roles such as copywriter, journalist, technical writer, or editor.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or a field related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
