About The Position

The Freelance Videographer position is an opportunity to work with an Emmy-nominated TV show, focusing on real estate, lifestyle, and culture. The role involves capturing high-quality video content for national broadcasts on networks such as Travel Channel, CNBC, and CBS. Candidates will be responsible for filming interviews and supplemental footage, ensuring professional sound and visual quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

• 5 years of filming experience
• Camera (Sony a-series, Canon R5, Pana S1, GH5 or similar)
• Delivery format: MOV, 1080, 8 bit or 10 bit
• Gimbal for stabilization
• Ability to mic up at least 2 subjects wirelessly
• Experience with walking and talking interviews, reality TV, and lifestyle content
• Run & Gun filming experience

Nice To Haves

• Drone operation experience
• Real estate filming experience

Responsibilities

• Film interviews with proper sound techniques (A-Roll)
• Capture supplemental footage on the fly (B-Roll)
• White balance, frame, and expose correctly in-camera
• Maintain professionalism while working with clients
• Guide on-camera talent through interviews
