Freelance Social Media Content Creator & On-Camera Influencer
About The Position

This role is perfect for a creator who understands organic social the kind that feels real, clever, and impossible to ignore. If you're the person who can film, edit, star in, and strategize content that gets people watching, sharing, and engaging, we want to meet you. This role is hourly and event-based. Some weeks you might work 20 hours. Some weeks, there won't be events.
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident being the on-camera talent
- Proven experience conceptualizing, filming, and editing organic social videos
- Strong command of mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, Edits, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
- Ability to create content that feels authentic, timely, and trend-aligned
- Experience producing high-quality content at live events
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to work flexibly around event schedules
- A portfolio or examples of past work (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Attend key events across the Sf area and create polished, entertaining short-form videos that capture the experience
- Star on-camera as the face and voice of event-based content
- Shoot and capture high-quality video and audio both on-site and virtually
- Edit content quickly using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Deliver fit-for-channel content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Stay on top of trends, platform shifts, and evolving best practices across social media
- Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts that elevate the brands voice
- Turn around projects with tight deadlines, typically with at least 24 hours notice
