Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed esthetician/cosmetologist preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of beauty retail sales experience, preferably in beauty specialty and department stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and be digitally savvy with mobile devices and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in both beauty specialty and department store environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to address their skincare needs and support store teams in creating memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the KS Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Educate retail partners and clients on Kate Somerville brand heritage and product benefits.
• Communicate effectively with clients and retail partners regarding scheduling and territory needs.
• Achieve sales results, aiming for a goal of typically 4X the hourly rate.
• Merchandise and refresh stock to maintain an enjoyable shopping experience.
