Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed esthetician/cosmetologist is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of beauty retail sales experience, preferably in beauty specialty and department stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Digitally savvy with a mobile device and proficient computer and/or app skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to address their skincare needs and support store teams in creating memorable experiences.
• Develop and nurture relationships with retail partners.
• Educate retail partners and clients on Kate Somerville brand heritage, product benefits, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and retail partners, providing timely updates on territory needs and competitive sales trends.
• Achieve sales results, aiming for a goal of typically 4X the hourly rate.
• Merchandise, clean, and refresh stock to maintain an enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
