About The Position

The N Brand Agency and Just N Life are divisions of Nekia Nichelle, LLC — a media and marketing company operating at the intersection of broadcast, digital, and brand partnerships. Through our publication, broadcast presence, and agency arm, we collaborate with brands on campaigns that extend across television, editorial, digital media, and experiential placements. As the company continues to expand, we are building a revenue-focused partnerships team responsible for driving new business and long-term brand relationships. This is a sales role for someone who understands how to create opportunity — not wait for it. The N Brand is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Executive who is confident in building their own pipeline, initiating outreach, and closing partnership deals. This role operates on a 20% commission structure, meaning you will earn 20% of all revenue generated from the partnerships you close. You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining your own prospect pipeline Initiating outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking Pitching broadcast, editorial, and sponsorship opportunities Leading discovery conversations Presenting custom partnership packages Negotiating and closing deals The N Brand provides the platform, credibility, media inventory, and internal support. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to generate and close opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or client development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfort with outbound outreach
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
