Advanced expertise in non-destructive retouching, color management, compositing, and print production. Experienced in integrating AI-assisted tools such as Evoto into existing workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and turnaround speed while maintaining brand standards. Strong collaborator with creative, production, and imaging teams in fast-paced omnichannel environments.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in high-volume studio environments producing luxury-level imagery for fashion, jewelry, beauty, and home.
• Advanced expertise in non-destructive retouching, color management, compositing, and print production.
• Experienced in integrating AI-assisted tools such as Evoto into existing workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and turnaround speed while maintaining brand standards.
• Strong collaborator with creative, production, and imaging teams in fast-paced omnichannel environments.
• Adobe Photoshop (Advanced), Capture One, Evoto, Adobe Bridge, InDesign, Lightroom
• Advanced masking, compositing, color correction, soft proofing, texture preservation, non-destructive workflows, batch automation
• Color management, file prep for offset printing, digital asset management systems

Responsibilities

• Retouched high-end imagery across fashion, fine jewelry, beauty, and home categories for print catalogs, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Integrated Evoto AI retouching tools into existing Photoshop workflows, reducing initial processing time while maintaining brand-approved standards.
• Processed high-volume VPI/PDP assets with consistent color grading, skin tone accuracy, and texture preservation.
• Collaborated with art directors and photographers to translate creative direction into final production-ready imagery.
• Maintained strict turnaround schedules for seasonal launches.
• Conducted quality control reviews to ensure consistency across full collections.
• Assisted with batch processing workflows to increase department throughput.
