About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Freelance Project Manager to support active client work from now through the end of March. This role will plug directly into ongoing projects and ensure timelines, scopes, and cross-functional coordination stay tightly managed.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a creative agency or experiential environment
- Strong understanding of scoping, resourcing, and budget tracking
- Comfortable managing fast-paced, high-touch clients
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and extremely organized
- Immediate availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Airtable (or similar PM tools) preferred
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams
- Build and maintain timelines, task tracking, and status documentation
- Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Client Services teams
- Manage scopes, track burn against budgets, and flag risks proactively
- Lead internal status meetings and ensure clear next steps and accountability
- Support client communications as needed
