About The Position

The Director, Customer Experience Strategy, is an integrator and architect to craft a tailored experience in partnership with subject matter experts that crafts sticky experiences that (re)positions the brand value to the moment of need with a relentless goal of reducing motivational friction. This role ensures mindset and channel-appropriate content delivery designed to (re)motivate brand engagement and product use, serving as strategic connective tissue with other CX, Content, Brand, and Medical Strategists to create a cohesive brand experience design.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years relevant experience in online advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Practical experience with marketing automation and familiarity with MarTech stacks.
  • Strong CRM experience leveraging customer insights and data.
  • Comfortable using marketing analytics programs.
  • Understanding of SEO/PPC and paid search best practices.
  • General understanding of channel planning and multi-channel marketing.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and generate creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to think critically about complex relationships and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Client-specific ownership of developing and executing customer experience strategies, with an emphasis on search efforts.
  • Lead day-to-day experience design project execution across various accounts independently.
  • Leverage behavioral science and data-centric SYNH resources to support faster identification of experience-based strategies.
  • Lead the development and facilitation of customer journey workshops and internal working sessions.
  • Develop digital/CX strategies, including the creation of client-facing presentations with detailed solutions.
  • Drive the development of strategic work, including customer journey mapping and persona development.
  • Build and maintain relationships in a multi-discipline, high-performance environment.
  • Promote and drive knowledge of customer-centric approach within the Ad group.
  • Proactively share relevant best practices and identify solutions to grow the business.
