About The Position
IPG Mediabrands is seeking a smart, driven, collaborative, and fun addition to our Talent Acquisition team! The Freelance Talent (TA) Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the team and keeps the recruiting process moving - they will interact closely with hiring managers, talent acquisition partners, and candidates to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience. They will be responsible for scheduling interview itineraries across multiple agencies and locations, managing new hire offer letters, launching and adjudicating pre-employment background checks, and pre-onboarding. This role will be 40 hours a week for approximately six months.
