About The Position

YOU: You love creating great, impactful social content and want to bring a beverage brand to life online. You understand processes and procedures but are flexible enough to adapt when needed. You pride yourself on executing ideas flawlessly, and people trust—and enjoy—working with you. You’re not just a graphic designer—you’re a content creator who can think, shoot, edit, write, and post. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Plan, concept, and create social content monthly for Instagram & TikTok (minimum of 2 in-feed posts/week + supported by regular stories) Capture and edit photos and short-form video Write social-first copy and provide creative direction Manage content calendar, posting/scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, reposts, UGC, partner accounts) Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cadence Assist agency team in preparing monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs (follower growth, reach, engagement, purchases) and providing qualitative insights and recommendations Collaborate virtually with agency teams and clients via Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years content creation experience (preferred)
  • Graphic design and video editing skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
  • Photography/photo editing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience with beverage, retail, or consumer brands
  • Agency experience
