The 1000heads Account team is a proud, powerful collective of social media obsessives who are experts in managing client relationships and delivering best-in-class, social-first campaigns. As a Freelance Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day client communications while partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production, Design, and Insights teams to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of client service, project management, and hands-on production oversight across social, digital, and ATL executions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Account Manager with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment. The ideal candidate brings agency experience across both account management and production, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. A strong understanding of social platforms and hands-on experience managing in-person event execution, particularly staffing and coordinating creators on-site, is essential. Must be based in or able to work hybrid (2 days/week) from one of our U.S. offices: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami
