About The Position
Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our dock staff at Freedom Boat Club, the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who love working outside, enjoy the water, and have a passion for boating. As a member of our dock staff, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by greeting guests, managing the check-in and check-out process, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is on board. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vessels and the Club location, performing daily clerical work, and familiarizing yourself with local waters to provide basic guidance to members. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company standards and safety policies.
