About The Position

Free People is seeking a Store Events and Marketing Coordinator that will focus on FP Movement with other responsibilities across FP and free-est. The Store Events and Marketing Coordinator will create a unique, innovative and inspirational customer experience through events and marketing encompassing the FP Movement , Free People , and Free-est lifestyle s and bra nd image s , while maintaining all store operations goals .

Requirements

  • Some overnight travel to support store events
  • Proficiency with Google applications- Sheets, Slides, Docs
  • 2 + years of m anagement e xperience in stores and/or related marketing experience
  • Strong Attention to Detai l
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Passion for connecting stores with the community

Responsibilities

  • Assist in d evelop ment , communication , and execution of event s and marketing plans . Event type s include: New Store Openings Movement (Fitness & Wellness) Specialty / Pop-Ups
  • Educate field teams on best practices for event execution . Hold a strong standard for event execution and presentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with digital and brand marketing teams to ensure store events and initiatives are marketed at the appropriate local and/or national level.
  • Assist in creating events and campaigns in event management platforms .
  • Produce event and marketing recaps on a monthly, quarterly , and annual basis for field teams and brand leadership . Utilize recaps for learnings.
  • Organize graphic design requests for all store marketing initiatives .
  • Research potential partners /vendors in new markets for new movement store events .
  • Rese arch vendors nationally that support in-store event activation s.
  • Organize and update mall marketing contact list and send updates to mall teams on brand news .
  • Coordinate product loans/sample pulls for collaborators or event partners .
  • Coordinate product giftin g tied to event partners .
  • Coordinate GWPs for events .
  • Source, order, ship GWPs to stores in a timely manner .
  • Assist in executing in-store non-profit initiatives.
  • Track event expenses.
  • Communicate marketing and event information via brand intranet page.
  • Maintain marketing and event resources for store teams and manage posts on brand intranet pages.
