Free People is looking for a Digital Optimization Analyst to join our Analytics team. The right candidate will possess a balance of analytical skills and strategic curiosity. This role plays an integral part in driving digital strategy by carrying out analyses and working closely with the larger Digital team to implement optimizations on the website and app that support customer acquisition and retention and drive topline brand growth. The Analyst will contribute to an environment of fact-based, data-driven decision-making within the Free People brand, leveraging URBN's rich first-party data to uncover global trends across marketing and ecommerce. The Analytics team is part of the integrated Free People Digital Team which includes Marketing, Content, Consumer Insights and UX. We collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams and leadership across Free People and URBN to share action-oriented insights and drive the direct business.
