About The Position
Zions Bancorporation is currently accepting applications for a Fraud Operations Analyst to work remote in AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, TX, or UT. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm MST. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to monitor and review the fraud risk, unique or highly complex exceptions generated from the various fraud prevention filters and security exception files. They will analyze current fraud trends and provide input into rules and parameters, conduct research and analysis, prepare management reports, and make recommendations to senior officers. The role also involves increasing operational efficiencies to streamline and simplify process flows and fraud prevention effectiveness, developing and maintaining Policy and Procedure Manuals, training branch staff on security procedures and policies, completing governmental reports such as SAR, and performing other duties as assigned.
