The Fraud and Risk Senior Associate is primarily responsible for reviewing and resolving complex and sensitive cases related to customer fraud contacts across the platform. The Fraud and Risk Senior Associate will also assist in the training and development of team members, as well as assist in the development of policies and procedures related to fraud prevention. This role requires intermediate to advanced experience in customer service as well as, intermediate to advanced understanding of existing and emerging fraud risks within Daily Fantasy Sports, online gaming, or related industries. Fraud and Risk Senior Associates must pass required licensing as mandated by various state gaming and racing regulatory bodies. Failure to be licensed or retain licensure will result in termination of employment. This position reports into the Fraud and Risk Support Supervisor. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
