As a dedicated Fraud Analytics Lead, you will be accountable for driving USAA's overall fraud strategy, policies, and analytic capabilities for fraud rules management. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise, influencing outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment. This role will be an active participant in industry efforts to share and receive information, build industry partnerships and relations to formulate USAA's global fraud strategies and policies to better protect USAA from current, evolving, and future fraud threats. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
