About The Position

Wipro is a leading global IT Solutions and Services company, and as we continue to grow in 2024, we are excited to offer new opportunities for advancement within our dynamic and engaging culture. We are currently seeking a Fraud Analyst to support our client's ecommerce business operations on a global scale. This position is critical in ensuring the integrity of customer accounts and transactions, and it requires individuals who possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively both as part of a team and independently, bringing their unique talents to our team. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating activities on customer accounts to establish their validity, performing financial remediation, and applying measures to prevent further fraudulent acts. You will also investigate transaction and user accounts for any policy violations, utilizing multiple systems and windows to gather necessary data. Your role will involve updating incident statuses, accurately notating accounts and transactions, managing customer rewards account statuses and security, and routing escalations to defined points of contact. Additionally, you will be responsible for refunding credit cards and other payment instruments, canceling suspected fraud orders, and flagging known criminal devices to prevent their use. This position requires a commitment to a weekly schedule that includes one weekend day, with working hours from Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Monday through Friday on-site in Tampa, Florida. Candidates must have work authorization for the U.S. or hold a Green Card, as relocation is not offered for this position.
