About The Position
The Fraud Analyst is responsible for reviewing customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity. Fraud Detection also reviews suspicious applications to verify information and protect victims from identity theft and application fraud and also takes inbound phone calls from customers and/or operational departments within CNOB to assist customers and protect the interests of the Bank.
