About The Position

The Fraud Analyst at Fashion Nova is responsible for monitoring and reviewing eCommerce sales orders to identify trends and patterns of fraud or credit card misuse. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of transactions and protecting the company from fraudulent activities.

Requirements

• Two plus years of Fraud Prevention experience
• Work experience in eCommerce, electronic payment fraud, risk operations, or credit card industry regulations is required
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload
• Highly attentive to detail
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
• English, additional language(s) an advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review eCommerce transaction data and Fashion Nova member accounts for suspicious activity and potential fraudulent activity
• Approve or cancel sales orders in accordance with pre-established fraud guidelines
• Assist customer service representatives with customer inquiries or issues regarding customer accounts and order statuses
• Verify all fraud-related documentation in order to perform due diligence on any fraud-related activities
• Identify new and existing fraud trends by analyzing transaction patterns
• Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio
• Interface with customers and operations team during the investigative process
• Assist Finance teams by providing evidence for the resolution of chargebacks
• Maintain detailed records compliant with PCI|GDPR|CCPA
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices for online fraud detection and prevention
