About The Position

The Archdiocese of Chicago, the third largest in the United States, serves more than 2.2 million Catholics in 216 parishes in Cook County and Lake County, a geographic area of 1,411 square miles. The Archdiocese, pastored by Cardinal Blase J. Project: Priest Data and Compliance Tracking Assist with data cleanup covering all priest and religious personnel, including diocesan priests, interns/externs, religious orders, etc. Partner with IT and Vicar General Office to develop processes and reporting for monthly compliance tracking Create future state outline for data management going forward, including process maps, owners, and systems of record, with eventual goal to link VIRTUS and UKG for all reporting needs. Project: Real Estate Data and Analysis Continue migration of real estate data from Tririga and other sources (e.g. capital needs assessments) into the Data Warehouse Partner with Real Estate team to outline data and reporting needs, including KPIs, dashboards, and other analysis for COO and senior leaders Project: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analytics Assist with creation and coding of KPI templates and data population connected to the Data Warehouse Help with process planning and overall organization within PowerBI related to both Archdiocesan-level KPIs as well as department analytics Serve as contact with other departments in development of KPIs as needed Project: Future Parish Model Help research other diocesan models for parish structure, including the canonical and operational structures, as well as religious and lay roles within those Summarize findings for presentation to senior leaders on what has, and has not, worked well in other dioceses Assist with related data needs such as medium and long-term projections of Mass attendance, priest availability, and giving trends.

Responsibilities
