About The Position
Melty Franchising, LLC is seeking a motivated and hands-on Franchise Trainer to support the training and development of franchise owners, managers, and restaurant teams. Under the direction of the Corporate team, the Franchise Trainer will help ensure all Melty locations operate in line with brand standards, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and run efficiently. This role requires frequent travel to franchise locations to provide in-person training and operational support.
