The Franchise Support Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing the operations of the Fujisan Sushi Operation within a designated region. This position is pivotal in driving top-line sales growth and ensuring operational excellence across all franchise locations. The Franchise Support Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned franchisees and local retailer management, ensuring that the Fujisan brand is represented effectively and consistently in the market. The Franchise Support Manager will lead efforts to enhance same-store sales, focusing on increasing the sale of raw materials through contract compliance, and providing training and coaching to franchisees on product mix, display, and sampling procedures. Regular store visits will be conducted to ensure compliance with contracts and to assess the visual appeal of products. The role also involves ensuring that all government regulations and licensing requirements are met, investigating any non-compliance issues, and conducting market research on competitors. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Franchise Support Manager will provide training to both new and existing sushi chefs on current and new products and procedures. This position requires a high level of energy and effectiveness, particularly when working in the field, and will involve assisting the Regional Development Manager with new store openings and identifying potential future locations.
