The Franchise Supervisor is responsible for leading a team in the food service operations at Cal Poly Pomona, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Attend meetings as directed by the Assistant Manager.
Order, receive, and inventory food and supplies.
Supervise, train, and coach crew members effectively.
Maintain readiness, organization, and sanitation of assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with cash register and credit card policies.
Resolve equipment, maintenance, and facility issues promptly.
Interact with customers and vendors to resolve issues and complaints.

Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a high-volume foodservice operation.
Valid CA driver's license and insurance.
Servsafe Managers or equivalent certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
Resourceful and able to take initiative.
Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-ethnic environment.
Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and technology.
Strong writing skills.

Three years of successful supervisory experience in a college or university food service operations.

Valuable work experience and hands-on training for students.
