About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven franchise sales professional to represent and grow the ExtraMile franchise across Chevron’s Direct-Served and Marketer-Served (Wholesale Fuels Distributor) network. This remote, field-based role serves as the active voice of the ExtraMile brand by identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality franchise partners through proactive outreach, compelling presentations, and trusted relationship building. As the outward-facing representative of ExtraMile, you will own the full franchise sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development to discovery, presentations, relationship management, and closing. You will travel within your assigned territory, represent ExtraMile at trade shows and industry events, and consistently generate new franchise opportunities by building strong connections with prospective business owners. This is a remote field based sales role located for candidates who reside in Utah, Oregon, or Washington.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales, franchise development, business development, or field sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close business in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Proven organizational skills and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to travel as required for business needs, prospect visits, and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, convenience stores, fuel marketing, food service, or multi-unit operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, source, and qualify franchise prospects through outbound outreach, market visits, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current franchisees to support long-term brand success
  • Deliver compelling franchise presentations that clearly communicate the ExtraMile Value Proposition.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the brand and generate new franchise leads to contract.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through disciplined follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment across the franchise development process.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to share updates, insights, and progress.
  • Perform other related duties to support overall franchise development efforts.
