About The Position

Special Strong is scaling to 100 locations in 2026 and hiring a high-energy relationship builder to be the first voice future franchise owners hear. Your job is to build trust fast , qualify hard , and move the right candidates into Step 1 of the franchise process.

Requirements

• Relationship-based sales (inside/consultative/franchise)
• Confident communicator, fast trust-builder
• Comfortable saying yes or no
• Organized, CRM-driven, accountable

Responsibilities

• Run 20-minute discovery calls using a proven deck
• Build rapport and lead structured conversations
• Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit)
• Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum
• Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity
• Reactivate warm/inactive leads
• Hit daily activity + conversion targets
