About The Position

The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for growing franchise sales. The Franchise Sales Manager (FSM) sources, qualifies, interviews, and closes new franchise candidates. The Franchise Sales Manager will be involved in territory build and management of territory surveys for new franchisees. Must have ability to perform virtual candidate interviews across multiple time zones and build comprehensive business plans. Franchise sales experience preferred. Requirements

  • 3 years franchise, business, or direct sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruiting process from initial lead to franchise start
  • Understand the competition and value-sell points of differentiation of the Matco franchise
  • Manage the overall lead funnel and be expeditious in contacting and working leads through the funnel
  • Coordinate and lead franchise sales events
  • Forecast franchise sales
  • Manage travel expenses
  • Survey/map territories for new franchisees and developing territories for future franchisees
  • Manage weekly calendar schedule
