About The Position

Huey Magoo’s is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you’ll help expand our footprint by generating and qualifying leads, guiding candidates through the franchise process, and supporting the Director of Franchise Sales in driving new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise development or franchise sales (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proven success generating and cultivating qualified franchise leads.
  • Strong knowledge of the franchise sales process and FTC disclosure regulations.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and networking.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., FranConnect), MS Office, and territory mapping software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified franchise leads through calls, emails, social media, networking events, expos, brokers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create and execute lead generation strategies and sales materials.
  • Assist with candidate qualification, compliance requirements, and territory management.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and report on key performance metrics.
  • Represent Huey Magoo’s at conferences, discovery days, and industry events to attract potential franchisees.
