As a Franchise Sales Advisor, you will work remotely, dedicating 10-20 hours per week to assist potential franchise buyers in navigating the complex landscape of franchise ownership. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients who are interested in purchasing a franchise. Similar to a real estate agent or recruiter, you will guide them through the process of identifying and exploring various franchise options that fit their needs. Our firm collaborates with over 150 different franchise brands, offering a diverse range of investment levels and industry verticals. This means you will have access to a wealth of resources and opportunities to present to your clients. To ensure you are well-equipped for this role, you will undergo comprehensive web-based training that covers the brands we represent. This training will involve web research and discussions with key contacts at each franchise brand. While the position is primarily remote, there may be occasional opportunities to travel to corporate headquarters for in-person meetings, with all expenses covered by the company. The compensation structure is strictly commission-based, with commissions ranging from $3,000 to over $30,000 per transaction, averaging around $15,000. Given the nature of the sales cycle, which typically spans 2-4 months, this role requires patience and persistence. Ideal candidates include current or former franchise owners, real estate agents, recruiters, C-level business development professionals, and individuals with strong social media skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as 99% of interactions will occur via telephone. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work full-time or part-time, and can serve as a standalone career or an additional income stream alongside your current job.
