About The Position

As the Franchise Finance Closing Manager, you will administer all REDA contracts and leases to ensure accurate and timely closings of all assignments, land and loan closings along with initiation and completion of the franchise finance process with the Franchise Owner. You will coordinate and correspond with title companies, attorneys, Franchise Owners and lenders, keeping Franchise Owners updated on project status. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
  • 5+ years’ related experience
  • Experience in the financial and/or franchising industry
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to tackle projects and make decisions with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities while delivering service excellence
  • Agility and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all Franchise Owner, closing and due diligence data, files and communication is regularly uploaded to Franconnect
  • Facilitate Contract review and summarize for School Development team while adhering to the contract requirements, processing extensions and funding escrow
  • Initiates and completes the franchise finance process according to the Franchise Finance Guide
  • Monitors and communicate dates and deadlines to all transaction parties and School Development team members
  • Oversee and coordinate the closing process including but not limited to managing and coordinating project timeline with contract timeline, building permit timeline and financing timeline
  • Work closely with lender to satisfy outstanding closing checklist items
  • Prepare and send closing documents while ensuring all due diligence items are received and uploaded to FranConnect
  • Responsible for reviewing the HUD Settlement Statement or Closing Statement for each closing
  • Manage the collection of ledge balance and Primrose fees at closing via wire as well as closing ledger
  • Responsible for sending out all post-closing invoices to the appropriate parties
  • Assist Franchise Administration with collecting entity documents, making changes to Franchise Agreement, terminations, etc.
  • Manage reporting (loan closings, ledger statements and CCBR)
  • Process vendor invoices
