About The Position

About Le Village Le Village Cowork is a new model for working parents—blending coworking, early childhood programming, and community into one integrated experience. We are not a daycare. We are not traditional coworking. We are building a new category designed for modern families navigating work, identity, and parenthood. As we expand our franchise network, we are looking for a Franchise Experience Lead to guide prospective franchisees through one of the most important decisions of their lives. The Role This is not a traditional sales role. This is a relationship -driven, part -time position responsible for guiding prospective franchisees from initial interest through key stages of the decision -making process. You will serve as the primary point of contact early in the journey, ensuring each candidate feels supported, informed and confident. You are not “closing deals.” You are helping people determine if this is the right next step for their life Schedule Part -time: ~10–2 PM, 3–4 days per week Some flexibility depending on candidate availability What You’ll Do Lead Discovery & Early Conversations Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective franchisees Understand their background, family, and motivation Introduce the Le Village model and opportunity at a high level Guide Candidates Through the Process Clearly explain each step of the franchise journey Maintain momentum without creating pressure Manage the Pipeline Track candidates through each stage of the process Coordinate scheduling across team members Ensure timely follow -up and communication Identify strong -fit candidates and guide them forward Create a Seamless Experience Prepare candidates for each interaction (operator calls, financial conversations, etc.) Act as the consistent thread across multiple touchpoints Ensure the experience feels cohesive, thoughtful, and well -paced Who You Are You are highly relational You build trust quickly and listen more than you talk. You understand what people are really asking—even when they don’t say it directly You are structured and clear You communicate ideas simply and confidently and keep conversations focused. You are organized and detail -oriented. You are sales -oriented—but not salesy You are comfortable guiding people toward next steps and do not rely on pressure or urgency. You understand nuance You can hold both emotional and practical conversations and are comfortable discussing both lifestyle and financial considerations You believe in what we’re building You care about working parents and you understand the tension between career and family and are energized by helping people design a different kind of life Requirements Ideal Backgrounds - 4+ Years in: Membership -based sales (coworking, fitness, wellness, hospitality) School admissions or education -related roles Community management with a sales component Boutique or consultative sales environments Understands the unique position of parents and mothers Benefits Compensation $28–$32/hour, depending on experience and alignment ~16 hours per week Incentives $1,000 per signed franchise agreement $250 milestone bonuses tied to key stage progression Access to space / community benefit during working hours Growth Opportunity: This role is designed to grow into a full -time position as our franchise pipeline expands.
