As a Franchise Developer on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include: Generating leads and building comprehensive lists of prospective franchise owners. Evaluating candidate suitability and providing informative consultations to guide them through the selection process, including financial qualification. Effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of owning a Neighborly® franchise, highlighting key selling points. Collaborating with colleagues to host informative recruiting meetings for potential franchise owners. Contributing to the design and execution of advertising and trade show strategies to attract qualified candidates. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years related experience in sales and/or training
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and informative interactions with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in phone communication, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for potential franchisees.
  • Thrives in a sales environment, demonstrating an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, and strong self-confidence.
  • Exhibits a balanced approach to problem-solving, possesses resilience, and effectively manages rejection.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring their successful completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
