About The Position

Boardroom Advisors is seeking ambitious individuals to join as Master Licensees in various countries, aiming to expand market penetration globally. The role involves working with businesses that typically have between 10 and 1000 staff and a turnover of $2m - $100m, providing high-quality Board Advisor skills with a focus on strategic and commercial expertise. The Master Licensees will work closely with business owners and engage with VCs, PEs, and family businesses, dedicating between 1-10 days a month to each business.

Requirements

  • Strong empathy towards entrepreneurs in the Scale-Up marketplace.
  • Ability to fund oneself outside of joining the team.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Managing Director or CEO.
  • Alignment with the company's core values of transparency, energy, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mentoring or advising businesses.
  • Familiarity with the Scale-Up marketplace.
  • Previous experience in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with business owners as part of the Board team.
  • Engage with VCs, PEs, and Funds with their portfolio companies.
  • Provide strategic and commercial skills to deliver value.
  • Participate in business development to generate new leads.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients.
