You will act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, working to uphold brand standards and improve operational execution, marketing execution, sales growth, and the profitability of stores. Your role will involve regular travel to various franchise locations, where you will assess performance, offer strategic advice, and facilitate training and development initiatives.
