About The Position
Self Esteem Brands, LLC, parent company of Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, Basecamp Fitness, The Bar Method, and Stronger U, is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our talented Anytime Fitness team as a Franchise Business Consultant. At Self Esteem Brands, we offer a fun, fast growing, inspirational culture that incorporates a flexible, hybrid work schedule. As a Franchise Business Consultant, your work will directly impact the success of the enterprise by influencing the performance and profitability of each Anytime Fitness Franchisee in your territory. You will assist Franchisees by providing a wide range of consulting and development services, developing, and facilitating strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and profitability, and ensuring consistency through education and guidance on in-studio and multi-unit operations. Successful coaches will leverage their industry and business development experience to assess current performance, identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions based upon best practices, develop an action plan, and follow up to encourage follow through.
