About The Position
As a Franchise Business Coach on the Dryer Vent Wizard team, you will provide operational support to franchise owners, assisting them with day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Your role will involve communicating with the franchisor to keep them updated on franchisee status and providing feedback on the franchise system. You will gather and analyze data to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement, motivate and coach franchisees, enforce franchise compliance, and celebrate their successes. This position is designed for someone who is driven and eager to innovate within the franchise business model.
