About The Position
As a Franchise Business Coach with College H.U.N.K.S., you will play a vital role in guiding our franchise owners to operational and financial excellence. You'll work closely with franchise partners both virtually and on-site to drive top-line revenue, improve bottom-line profitability, and maximize cash flow. By coaching daily performance metrics and aligning operations with brand standards, you'll help ensure every location delivers both strong business results and the signature 'WOW' experience our clients expect. Your work will center around consistent execution of the basics, leveraging best practices in operations, marketing, human resources, and financial management. In this role, you'll identify and remove obstacles to profitability, whether individual or systemic, and take proactive steps to solve them. A deep understanding of our standard operating procedures, franchise agreements, and relevant regulations will be essential to your success. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business coaching and expertise in customer relationship management, project execution, negotiation, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others succeed and has a proven track record of delivering results through strategic planning and continuous improvement.
