About The Position

This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. The framing worker 2 position is an intermediate level individual contributor role in which incumbents can demonstrate technical and skilled operations normally obtained through several years of hands-on experience. Qualified candidates will have practical experience and knowledge of multiple operations associated with the production of fine art pictures, matts, frames, etc., which include both manually operated machinery as well as computer-aided cutting equipment. Framing worker 2 employees will work with and assist journeyman framers in the creation, manufacturing and finishing of museum quality works of art. Associates in this position will assist in the training of entry-level employees as well as take control of some operations in the manufacturing process. Successful candidates will be able to work with little or no input or supervision from management but will be efficient in making decisions that will best maximize the production output and meet quality standards according to pre-set standards and deadlines. Requirements
