As a Lead Framer at Michaels, you will lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions. Your major activities will include assisting the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. You will develop and coach the team on selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, and manage the framing team to achieve their KPIs. Additionally, you will manage inventory processes, execute shrink and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
