About The Position
As a Lead Framer at Michaels, you will lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Your role will involve managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
