About The Position

The position involves leading and coaching a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. The role requires driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions. Major activities include assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and executing company policies and standards. The position also involves developing and coaching team selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, and managing inventory and shrink programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
• Hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
• Participate in Performance Management activities of the team.
• Partner with MODs daily on framing expectations.
• Interact with others in a respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure a safe environment.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
