Your role will involve assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements. You will develop and coach the team on selling behaviors and lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time. Additionally, you will manage the framing team to achieve their KPIs and execute inventory management processes.
