Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Evaluate damaged sunglasses to determine warranty coverage or available repair options in accordance with Maui Jim product standards . Perform physical repair, including alignment and cleaning of d amaged sunglasses. Hours: Monday-Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM Pay: $18.00/ hour

Requirements

  • High school graduate with 1-3 years customer service experience.
  • Technical or repair background.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Typing - 40 w.p.m.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings.
  • Ability to utilize a PC.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of frames repair tools.
  • Ability to lift 10lbs
  • Ability to work on a computer terminal.
  • Ability to move around throughout the department between repairs to retrieve parts and send completed repairs down for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and evaluate returned damaged sunglasses to determine repair options, including determining warranty coverage , as applicable
  • Document condition of received damaged sunglasses and all parts and charges for repair completion accurately into the ERP system
  • Perform physical repair of sunglasses, including alignment and cleaning, with proper packaging according to department standards
  • Maintain department standards for quantity and quality of production output
  • Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required
