As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. You will help customers shop our store and find what they're looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Your role will involve adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards, and embracing personal design by using Elevated ABC to deliver custom framing solutions. You will also be responsible for completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers.
